Hi, I’m Fabienne
…but my friends call me Fabi!
I'm a communication psychologist, writer, and pilates & dance instructor. What ties it all together is one question I keep coming back to:
How do we navigate the complexities of our lives? – Especially during periods of change and transition.
I work holistically. I don't separate the rational from the emotion, or the mind from the body. Psychology, movement and writing are my primary lenses to make sense of our complex experiences on this human journey.
My current research focuses on Emerging Adulthood and creating spaces where we can come together to support and grow with each other.
